I'm not sure if this is listed somewhere on here but here ya go
1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
6 tbsp butter
2 Large Eggs
Preheat oven to 375
Melt the butter in the microwave and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix and two eggs then add in the butter.
Mix by hand until you get a dough then separate onto baking sheet.
Makes 48 cookies.
I'm not sure of the macro break down but I know it has 61 calories per cookie!

Oh my, sounds wonderful! I made some at christmas that had white chocolate chips in them - Waay more than 61 calories but they - were divine. I might try these for Valentine's day and have just one...or two. LOL Thanks for sharing!0
