Custom Values for Macros

If you use custom percentages to calculate your daily fat, carb, & protein targets, what values seem to work for you? Personally I've been doing 30% fat, 35% carbohydrates, and 35% protein, but I'm interested in seeing what kind of ratios other people are using. Maybe a little rationale for your choice? I'd like to change mine (been plateaued for a bit) but would like a little input from some other people just to get an idea of what might work for me :)

    They mainly depend on your goal, but here is a small reminder :
    1g of fat per bodyweight (mono and poly, try to avoid trans/ saturated)
    Between 0,8 too 3 grams of protein per bodyweight (from "classical" intake to huge and serious bulking
    Then you complete with carbs :)
    My cut is composed by 35% proteins, 35% carbs, and 30% fat
