I'm afraid you might not find a lot of support for diet gimmicks here. Most of us are learning (or have mastered) how to change lifestyle for health and weight loss purposes.
I was on them a few years back and regret it. I'd stick to eating less, moving more and concentrating on healthy ways of doing both.
Good luck to you.0 -
Yeah me too. Im eating healthier and exercising daily. I am taking them to get a boost on my weight loss. Just figured I would see if any one else had tried them. But thank you for your responce.0

http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Diet/snookis-zantrex-diet-pill-promo-poo-pooed-diet/story?id=14623421#.TyCUBMU9UgcConsidering Zantrex-3 is known to raise heart rate in some cases, Dr. Carl Lavie, Director of the Stress Testing Lab at John Ochsner Heart and Vascular Institute notes that exercising on this pill could be bad for the heart.
Doctors' fears concerning Zantrex-3 also centered on the fact that the drug is over-the-counter and billed as a "supplement," which means it is not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration.
"The primary issue here is that the potential consequences of taking these OTC concoctions is a complete unknown since they are not tested for safety, efficacy or even to ensure they contain what they say they do in the amounts on the label," says Martin Binks, Clinical Director and CEO of Binks Behavioral Health PLLC.0 -
Eat a tic tac instead. Just pretend it's a magic pill. Guaranteed to work just as good or better.0

I went and bought diet pills once, i think they were Slimquick or something, came home, got nervous, did some research and found out how awful they are for your organs. AND someone had died from liver or kidney failure or something from the exact same ones, diet pills are scary. please do it the healthy way! you will find alot more support on here as well if you do. the support works a lot better than stupid pills!0

Took diet pills (prescription) in my earlly 20's to try and lose maybe 10 - 15 lbs (quack doctor gave me the prescription). Stopped taking when I got scared from heart palpatations. I now have a heart murmur that I have been told is very likely due to the diet pills. I would stay away from them.0

I know someone who had a stroke recently from diet pills. Took them as the bottle said to. They don't really do anything to help you lose more weight. You don't need them and they are awful for you. Just keep making healthier choices and exercise.0

This is great advice! It can really work too, the power of the mind is incredible.0 -
doesn't straight up caffeine do the same thing? Just wondering...I mean most people drink coffee in the morning that has as much or more caffeine than zantrex or other diet pills. Wouldn't it be bad to work out after having a cup of coffee too?0
