This is my plea for further info as I seem to be stumped, I'm trying to track my calorie intake however for the life of me I can't find information on pork loin back ribs without sauce boiled then broiled.

I had 1/3 of a cup of meat or 4 ribs, which for pork didn't appear to be fatty however I'm thinking that the only web result I can find for something similar is over 500 calories. I wanted some further opinions am wrong and are pork ribs is this insanely unhealthy? That being said I'm finding some rather compelling conflicting information when I search pork lion roast which is with double the weight and half the calories.

Thoughts? My thanks in advance

My book has Pork back ribs, roasted, lean w/fat at 4oz -- 420 cal, 27.5 prot; 0 carb; 33.5 fat; 134 chol; 115 sodium; 0 fiber.

Looks like the center ribs are showing almost half that. Must be the "back" that is fattier?

Sorry that is all I got and looks like the closest entry that my book has.
