Have you seen all these videos? I cracked up watching "*kitten* New Age Girls Say" and "*kitten* Triathletes Say".

Got me thinking, someone should make one called "*kitten* MFPers Say":

"should I eat my exercise calories?"
"OMG I gained a pound overnight!"
"How many calories are in this?"
"My HRM says I burned 10,000 calories doing my laundry"
"I'm 100% primal"
"No, I'm using *synthetic* HCG -- it's good for you"
"I just can't eat my 1200 calories every day"
"Muscle weighs more than fat"
"I need to LOOSE weight"

    I NEVER eat my exercise calories. I just don't see the point.

    My best friend lost 75 lbs by cutting carbs.

    I know you're not supposed to eat past 7pm, but I have 700 calories left and I'm starving. What would be worse, eating past 7 or being 700 calories under?

    Don't skip breakfast, you'll go into starvation mode!

    You should eat lowfat, processed foods instead of that natural stuff. It's much healthier!

    I am relatively petite but want to drop 2 lbs a week!

    I set my own calories to 1200/day!

    Eating one fast food meal is instant death!

    I am eating x number of cals a day and not losing any weight and I work out 7 times a week but do not eat back my exercise cals!

    The reason you see no progress on your 800 calorie a day diet is because you're building muscle
