This site was recommended by someone so I wanted to check it out!

I've been a member of a gym for about 4 months now but things have been so hectic that I haven't really been able to go that much. I've started back this week and want to get in the habit of going consistently.

My goals are starting out small. I don't want to say my goal is to lose 30 or 40 pounds right off the bat. I'm starting slow (10-15 pounds or so) and after I reach my mini goal I'll start over!

Anyway, just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. :)
