Actually joined about a month ago - but actually started using MFP this week. Like a lot of people, Im on the weight roller coaster ride, I'm determined to stop. I'm hoping MFP will help me break the cycle.
I was about 260 about 2 years ago, now down to about 215. My goal is to hit 180.
My ticker is what my real goal is - Last year I did a 1/2 iron man - this year, I plan on doing a full iron man and I want to be at 180 when I do it!
I could use all the support I can get. And I and great at giving support as well! Feel free to add me as a friend and we can work this together!
