Does anyone know how to shrink your thighs!!!!

Hi my name is paula i workout 5-6 days a week i do the stepper for 30 minutes, Treadmill for 30 minues and elliptical for 30 min and change it up every week but have not seen no difference in my thighs i really want to shrink my thighs and i also do the two machiines at the gym that are suppose to be for your thighs. Can someone please help me with this been struggling with this for months!!!
