I am a 31-year-old stay at home mommy of two. After I had my son (5 years old) I lost 86 pounds on Weight Watchers old plan. And kept it off until my second pregnancy with my daughter who is now 2. I didn't gain half as much weight with my daughter as I did with my son but have not been able to take it off. I keep looking at my old weight watchers weight trackers and at this same weight I was easily losing 3 pounds a week, and I am doing the exact same thing ex. eating and exercise wise. Any advice????
