Need motivation to continue eating right, share recipes, and

Hi all! New here, like so many. I'm 4"9 and carry 30 extra pounds on my frame. It used to be 60, but I lost about 30 pounds last year. I did it while teaching in a high stress environment and while living with three fast-food eaters, drinkers, and partiers. I figured if I could do it then, now that I am working for a non-profit and living with a health conscious roomie, it'd be a piece of cake.

Not so. I have a sedentary job now, and have trouble finding the motivation to start from scratch, fitness-wise. I used to be able to run for 45 min straight, now it's tough to walk that long. I need motivation, I need friends who understand, and I need someone to help me see that it's ok if I screw up or don't make my goal weight in X amount of time. Anyone up to add me and be a cheerleader? I am REALLY good at returning the favor!

In any case, so excited to start my journey here :)
