On a usual day, I eat dinner and sometimes breakfast. I should probably eat more, but then I just gain weight. Most say I don't need to shed any weight, I'm only 126 pounds, but I feel so uncomfortable with it. In May I weighed about 150 pounds, I have lost some weight. I just think more is needed, I want to look "fit":heart: Feel free to add me.
