5 apples of any variety. (I used 3 granny smiths and 2 red washington apples)
1/4 cup of water.
1 drop of Sweet Leaf Stevia (or any other sugar or sweetener to taste)
couple shakes of cinnamon
Core, peal and chunk up the apple pieces and put in a pot
Pour 1/4 cup of water
Put lid on and heat stove on medium
Let the apples simmer until they are mush.
Transfer the mush to a bowl, add stevia and cinnamon and stir.
Enjoy!!
This makes about a jar full and will keep in the fridge.
