Hi I am a new person to this site. I went back to TOPS tonight after being gone for 41/2 years. I had been a member for 17 years, lost all my weight to goal and kept it off for 15 years. Became ill and taking so many med, I gained it all back and more. Now I am back and starting over. I CAN DO THIS!!!
