Just logged my first day!

Hey everyone, my name is Jen. I'm 32, live in Arizona with my husband and 2 wonderful boys. 17 days ago I started The 17 Day Diet and am down a little over 15 lbs. This is the first time I've been under 180lbs in I don't know how long. The first 17 days were easy, but now I can start adding in more foods, including carbs. I want to make sure I am eating what I need to continue progressing to my goal of 155 lbs my May 21st, so I've signed up. Looking forward to visual seeing what I am doing and getting the support if I need it!

    Hi my first day is logged as well. unfortunately I did not eat right nor exercise so tomorrow I am going to do better. *baby steps* good luck to everyone!!
