Hi guys, Im extremely knew to the whole dieting and excersing thing. Im 17 and trying to loose about 70 pounds by June and I was wondering how, if it is, possible?

My biggest weakness is restricting myself from the food. So could anyone give me tips on what to eat during the day/ snack on so I wont be plunging back into the icescream container? I have a real bad sweet tooth, and was wondering whats sweet and good for me, besides fruit? Thanks alot guys! xoxo

  • If you need an ice cream fix without breaking the diet, the skinny cow truffle bars are pretty good... also walmart has their own brand of crystal-light packets. 4 of them are labeled energy... blueberry acai , pomegranate lemonade, peach mango & dragon fruit. They helped me cut the mountain dew habit - I lost 20 lbs in 3 months! They have caffiene & B vitamins.
