Hi guys, Im extremely knew to the whole dieting and excersing thing. Im 17 and trying to loose about 70 pounds by June and I was wondering how, if it is, possible?
My biggest weakness is restricting myself from the food. So could anyone give me tips on what to eat during the day/ snack on so I wont be plunging back into the icescream container? I have a real bad sweet tooth, and was wondering whats sweet and good for me, besides fruit? Thanks alot guys! xoxo

If you need an ice cream fix without breaking the diet, the skinny cow truffle bars are pretty good... also walmart has their own brand of crystal-light packets. 4 of them are labeled energy... blueberry acai , pomegranate lemonade, peach mango & dragon fruit. They helped me cut the mountain dew habit - I lost 20 lbs in 3 months! They have caffiene & B vitamins.0
