Hunger at night

Hi all,

Hope someone can help or advise here.

I've been doing MFP through Jan and in the last week i've found myself being woken up about 3/4am with horrific hunger pangs. I've been my evening meal about 6pm and then had a snack just before going to bed (roughly 9pm). Does anyone know what I can do to stop these pangs and ensure i get a full undisturbed nights sleep?

Normal evening meal would be something like pasta or cottage pie with veg. Snack is generally crackers with some peanut butter.

Any advise would be appreciated.
