Thanks really inspirational to us all. How frustrated I am I have been doing everything right staying under all limits even did an hour and a quarter excersise yesterday - jumped on the scales this morning and wam 400g put on I am soooo mad, I just can't understand it.

I think I'll write a couple of these down on my scale. Partially because my mom uses it and she gets upset when she doesn't lose weight and instead gains.0 -

Thank you. This is so good to keep in mind. It feels like Everest at times, but it's just a scale and they are just numbers.
