MY BAZAAR 'WEIGH' of losing weight.. (excuse the pun)

Right, tell me if this is weird! Because it actually works...
I am obssessed with scales - everytime I eat or drink something, i'll weigh myself, obviously to find myself heavier by anything up to 4 pounds depending on how much ive eaten and how heavy the food weighs! So everynight I make sure I try and get the scales down as low as possible, obviously I'll eat healthily and count calories. Then the next day I know i will have lost a 'pound' (real pound or not) over night and so will be one pound lighter the next day. And so on..
So my theory is - the less the food weighs, the more weight I lose! so theoretically - eating small light meals regularly is probably better then a large heavy meal.
It's such a strange theory but works! any one else tried this?

it's actually spelled *bizarre*
and i do that too.
I also weigh myself after i pee...to see how much i actually peed. then i compare that to how much i drank and see if it matches up...if it doesn't, i know that i have more to excrete later on.
i need help0 -
A bottle of water weighs more than a chocolate wafer, and a packet of crisps weighs less than an apple.0

And the weight of your food has zero to do with how fattening it is. An apple weighs a lot less than potato chips but the potato chips are a lot more fattening.0 -
haha sorry but a pint of water is 0 calories weighs alot a bar of chocolate weighs little and has 200 calories?
Maybe throw the scales away and find somewhere to weigh monthly?0 -
2 cups of water weigh a pound....if you drink that and weigh yourself( without peeing) you will be up a pound0

I obsessively weigh myself too. I'm not as bad as I used to be though... it can definitely become unhealthy to obsess so much about it, even leading to an ED. I would chillax about it if I were you and just weigh once a week.0

Sorryyyy about the spelling! I never use the word BIZARRE haha.
And i'll stick to what i'm doing as it's working and i'm seeing results!
