help needed to make right choice!!

hi i'm going out to lunch with a friend we usually go to a cafe place that has pizza wraps chicken strips sandwiches need help to make a choice i looked up and it said ceaser salad 260 i thought it would be more help please x

  • not much choice where we live so this is the healthiest choice others are chinese and indian:sad:

    OH NO could you not do lunch? Or just hold dressings and breads say a chicken salad ask for dressing on the side ?
  • don't want to not do lunch as i want this time to be different i want to be able to live with this healthier lifestyle don't want to be the diet bore that i usually am and really want to stick with it.

    Nothing wrong with getting a healthy sandwich and only eating half! Just cut back on the dressings/condiments/mayo. Good luck!

    I like the idea of a salad with dressing on the side or perhaps a wrap with chicken and veggies and take 1/2 home. What I try to do is use my exercise calories for those kind of eat out meals.
  • thanks everyone of out now i had a bowl of cereal just now so not starving when i go out and thinking that as my friend is a skinny not big eater she might be happy to split a sandwich good ideas thanks post later x
