HELP New to the Program and Going out to eat

My husband and I were invited months ago to dinner and a show with friends. The restuarant is part of the theater. This is the menu- nothing looks even remotely calorie friendly. Maybe they'll have a special (perhaps a grilled fish that I can get without a sauce??) Any thoughts of how I can enjoy an item on this menu totally not destroy my first week.
