5'10" aiming for 196lb

Hi I started mfp at the end of last year after losing about 1.5 stone very slowly. I'm on week 5 of the nhs c25k program and have lost 11lb since mid December. I have about 5 stone to lose to get to 196lb (14 stone) and will see how I feel about losing a little more if I get there! I'm planning on this being a slow fix and see the weight loss as a side effect of exercise... Anyone want to join me?
