    Hit my macros, while eating foods i like

    I have 3 rules:

    1. If it's not healthy, eat it rarely.
    2. If you are not hungry, don't eat.
    3. If you are full, stop eating.

    My rules:
    Drink water
    Workout
    stay under my calories

    I refuse to cut out food groups or anything that I may want to eat in the future. I see this as something I have to be able to stick with for the rest of my life.

    My "rules" are simple.

    Eat what you want, (keep it more healhty than not) but try to stay around your calorie count. Some days I'm over, some days I'm under. But I get full, I eat several times a day. I snack about 3 times a day. A handfull of craisins, a granola bar, a hand full of nuts, ect.
    And Drink lots of water! I drink about 10 cups a day

    I workout at night and if I over eat that day, then I workout harder at night :)

    Hmm:

    No MSG
    No HFCS
    No artificial anything
    No preservatives
    As close to original form as possible ie: processed as little as possible

    100oz of water per day

    So basically, lean meat + a bunch of veggies and a little fruit. Rarely, whole grain products.

    I believe in KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid).
