Yes - I was one of those folks who was like "Been doing this since Jan 2 and have lost nothing!!" Because I hadn't even though I was working out every day and eating way less then what MFP said to. Then I posted and asked for help - opened my diary...
Then I actually listened to folks here and I bumped my calories up to 1,400 and don't eat back my workout calories and I'm starting to lose. More then that my body is starting to change for the better. I "see" it more than the 3.5 pounds that the scale says I've lost. The working out is changing my body (even at 49!) in only a month. So 1 month, 3.5 pounds and I can feel my hip bones!
I'm going to start measuring myself and not just go by the scale.
Thanks all.

Nice! I love my hip bones. I missed them while they were away. Seriously, that is the first place I see weight loss. Congrats.0
