Put on weight quickly and need to lose it!

Hi! I will just start from the begginning to give everybody a clear idea of how I need help!

I'm 19 and just over 5ft9 and when I was 15 I fell ill with Glandular Fever. I lost a lot of weight and at my lowest I went down to about 8 stone 6 which was very unhealthy. I was told by the doctors to gain a stone and a half and I did that very quickly once I was well again. Over the past year I have put on another stone and I now weigh 11 stone 7 which is still considered healthy but I have not put on weight how I should have. I have put on weight all over my body and now none of my clothes fit me and I am reluctant to buy new clothes in a larger size due to expecting to lose weight again. I bascially just need some help on how to stick to losing weight in a healthy way!

Any replies would be great! I just want to find a balance between a little bit too much and not enough. I am hoping to lose just under a stone and I would like any help on how quickly this should be done!
