Healthy Coleslaw Recipe Without Mayo

Ingredients For The Healthy Coleslaw Without Mayo:
1 small cabbage
2 carrots
1/4 lime
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Healthy Coleslaw Without Mayo:
Cut cabbage into 8 parts and discard the core. Peel the carrots.
In a food processor fitted with a shredder blade, shred the cabbage and the carrots. Food processor makes it really quick and easy to shred veggies – it shreds all the cabbage and carrots for this coleslaw in seconds!
Squeeze the juice out of the lime into a cup, add olive oil and mix until combined.
Put shredded cabbage and carrots into a large bowl, and pour oil and lime juice mixture over it. Mix. Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix.
Note: to make it even easier, you can use a store-bought coleslaw mix instead of shredding your own cabbage and carrots. If using a packaged coleslaw mix, this recipe will take 2 minutes to make!
