So this morning I broke the 240 barrier... I'm officially 239.8. LOL Started at 251 (January 1st) so while the weight loss isn't as substantial as most of the folks on here, I'm on the right path and couldn't be happier! I LOVE that MFP is so accessible to me (internet, iPad, smart phone) and it keeps me tracking EVERYTHING I put in my body. Let me tell you how much that has helped me make better choices. Especially, after I made my food diary available to my friends. Now, even when I come in under calories, I need to make sure I'm eating the right things to fuel my body or I know they'll let me know I'm off the beaten path.

Found out that I'm going to Costa Rica at the end of April so that gives me 12 more weeks to rock out some more weight loss... How cool would it be to be in the 210's? I haven't seen those numbers in a VERY long time.

Thanks to all of you for sharing this journey with me! It's a lot harder to 'fall off the wagon' when you have a support system like this to keep you going!
