Good morning! I have been here about a week. I enjoy the site. I am as of today 199 lbs, being 5'7 this is a good start. In 1998 I was 260, I fought and came down to 200, only to bounce back. In 2010 I got down to 190 only to bounce back up to 220. I have learned alot about myself and hope that this will help me stay down this time as I reach 180 lbs. I am losing about 3 lbs a week.
