Not wold about it, store bought, but I have a few recipes
PIMIENTO CHEESE
3/4 cup mayonnaise , (I use the olive oil Based, it's creamier, also can use low fat)
2 ounce jar chopped pimiento
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion, minced
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded , ( I use the low fat or the skimmed milk)
4 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded ( I use the low fat or the skimmed milk)
Mix the first 5 ingredients; stir in the cheeses. This is best chilled awhile to allow the flavors to blend. Keeps in the fridge up to a week. Serve with celery sticks or other raw veggies.
Makes about 2 cups
