Sometimes I just have to use this space to let it out, so I stop thinking about how I messed up.
I went over my calories yesterday. Way over. And not because I binged; just because I was hungry and ate when I was hungry. We had some strange Chinese food that I didn't know how to log (I live in China - sometimes I don't even know what I'm eating), so I also didn't log anything I ate after that - I can't even congratulate myself on being honest and logging. And on Tuesdays I work nights, so I didn't exercise to make up for it. When I was losing weight, it wasn't a big deal; I was content to just lose weight slower. Now, every calorie I eat adds pounds. And I saw it on the scale today.
All I can do, I guess, is get it off my chest and try again today!
