Low-sodium ham? Is there such a thing?

Options
Hiya,

I'd been making a ham & cheese omelet for breakfast many days, but because I wanna cut way back on sodium, I've cut the ham and the cheese out of my ham & cheese omelet. Obviously, it's not quite the same.

I've got red and green peppers in there, along with some spinach and green onions, but I'd like to add some kinda meat. Is there such a thing as a low-sodium ham? Man, I'm missing my ham...

Suggestions?

Thanks! :)

I try and eat as low sodium as I can. Ham, processed lunch/breakfast meats are basically off my menu. I do treat myself to the Jimmie Dean turkey sausage crumbles as they are a lower sodium option. Unfortunately there is not much out there for low sodium breakfast options.

I just saw Boar's Head and Sara Lee both have low sodium meats at the deli counter. Just ask the worker to cut them thicker for your needs.
