So I am new to my fitness pal. I have recently been doing the Ideal Protein diet to loose weight, With regret i had to quit due to the cost of the diet. I am now trying this on my own so far not so good I am following a low carb high proteing diet and i regularly workout. I need some more tips to help me I am having a hard time on the weekend mostly and "not cheating" HELP!!! i will take any advise i can get and any quick and easy food that are low carb bacause that does seem to work for my body. I still have 70 lbs to go so i am ready for the challange!
