I just had a baby about three weeks ago and am ready to get in shape and be healthy! This exercise calorie counting is all new to me. As a teenager and in my early to 20's I never had to worry about weight or exercise. I would eat whatever I wanted and not ever workout. I always stayed thin and looked good in my clothes. The last 7 years I have had 3 kids and my body has changed big time. When I got pregnant with my third child I was 5'6 and weighed about 155 lbs. I gained about 55 lbs during this last pregnancy. My goal is to get down to about 130 lbs. I am taking baby steps to get there. I have worked out on the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes and danced like a crazy person for another 20 mins everyday for the last three days. Taking it one day at a time. I'm ready to have energy and fit in my clothes again!!!!
