Ok, so I was around 274 in '08...I'm down to 236 now...I dont see a difference and neither does my hubby....yes? no? maybe?

    I think it is impossible to judge from pictures that are 3 1/2 years old. Body composition means a lot more than weight. Someone at 150lbs can have a lot of muscle and be lean and mean and some women can be 150lb and wearing plus size and muffin tops.

    When you are bigger, it takes more weight to lose to show up visibly - especially to others. I've heard 10% is a good rule of thumb.

  • I think you can definitely see the weight loss in your face. My friends and family tell me that's the most prominent part of my weight loss.
