Apologies if I am putting this request in the incorrect forum - but I would really appreciate frank reviews of my food diary. I've not lost any appreciable weight in weeks and it's starting to get discouraging. I have added at least three days a week of cardio and weight training at the gym and have tried hard to keep my sodium low.

I would value any nutrition advice to start the scale moving in a downward trend.

Thanks for your help
M

i would say you arent eating enough - and i would shoot for more protein (especially with the strength training).
do you drink enough water? i didnt see any logged so not sure there.

I agree with the above poster. Try getting your calorie intake closer to your goal and make sure you're getting enough water, especially when you're working out!

I see some great things such as lots of veggies and fruit. I would increase portions, add more nut to get some more calories. Maybe add avocado to your tacos. Drink water, stay away from fast food places. Good luck :)

I'd aim for over 100g of protein, particularly if you're strength training. I roughly get about 105 - 155 g per day.

On the whole, you're making good choices, but I would be STARVING on what you're eating! If you are as well, the increase in protein should help. Also, you're not logging your water -- how much are you getting?

Edit: CONGRATS on your success, by the way!!
