Okay I hope this doesnt sound dumb but I am a bit confused.. When you say one glass of water on your water tracker that counts as 8 ounces right? Okay so my arrowhead water bottle says 1PT 7.7 FL OZ sooo does that mean that its only 7.7 ounces and therfor not even one glass? That cant be right its huge!! HELP!! :noway:
