Eating bigger meals

I have an extremely high metabolism so there's really no need for me to eat small meals throughout the day. My only problem is, I can't usually eat large portions in one sitting, which is why I revert back to eating 5+ x's a day. Any suggestions on how I can change this? I'm trying to build muscle.

A trainer at my gym suggested I break my meals up into two and eat them 30 mins - 1 hr apart, have any of you ever attempted something like this?

    Yep ^^
Eat 6 T of peanut butter. About 600 calories. I am sure you can manage to fit that into your belly, right?
