Multivitamins

Does anyone know a good multivitamin that provides energy? I have tried several different vitamins but really none that seem to help with that area. I just started taking a brand called ALIVE! Has anyone tried that brand or have opinions?

    Hi, I take a super B complex, and I feel that it does give me a little extra.

    Do you takeit along with a multivitamin? I took Super B for awhile but didn't know if it was too much of that vitamin per day.

    I also take fish oil and vitamin C and thats it. I take the dosage they say on the bottle
