NSV - losing inches...clothes getting loose!

I have been working on my new lifestyle since 1/2/12. I get on the scale once a week, on Sat, and alternatively I take pics and do measurements on Weds, to try and keep me motivated during the middle of the week.

One of my measurements"

1/02/12

Right Arm - 18.5in
Left Arm - 18in

1/25/12

Right Arm - 16in
Left Arm - 16in


Also, put on a shirt I haven't worn since last year, and I didn't have to do the weird "pull-the-shirt-over-your-knees-so-it-doesn't-cut-of-circulation" HAHAHHAHA

Its the little things that keep you going!!!
