Determining Strength Training Calories Burned?

Hi Everyone,
I never log in my strength training I do during the week into MFP, and only end up logging my cardio. I'm not sure where to begin in trying to figure that out. I'm sure it varies wildly from person to person based on intensity, etc. Any suggestions on trying to track this? I do 2-3 hours a week of strength training a week. Thanks!
