Body needing food?!

I have been feeling extra hungry the last two days.I was just wondering then is it that my body needs this extra food for this time of month so maybe I would burn off extra calories?I just think that our body know itself and if I am getting hunger pains although I am eating as normal then maybe I need to up my food intake for a few days.I am not picky or just thinking I need food.I have drank lots of water too so it is definatly hunger.I am eating as I always do and am not normally hungry.I am thinking its time of the month so maybe my body is needing more food?I am trying to get on with the hunger and not go over my calories but should I just give in as long as its healthy food?Thanks for any advice or suggestions xgx

Eat more fiber and protein. They keep you full longer.0
