    I have no friends. :( Actually I don't even know how to add friends. Someone please help. I have been on here 2 1/2 weeks and I just think this site is awesome. I have lost 7 pounds to far and more importantly........feel great!! I don't think that I'm manic about going over my calorie goal but it sure hurts my feelings when I do.

    What I did was clicked on people's profile pics on the message board & then added them as a friend. :)
