Feeling sick after you take a vitamin!

I just took my daily vitamin and, I made sure to eat before it. I'm confused because I still got an upset stomach afterwards (and got *sick*). I had a high protein yogurt and bran flakes for breakfast. I'm wondering if it wasnt enough or if I should wait until lunch to take my vitamin. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

    Pretty common, some people just don't handle it well.
    Maybe switch to a different brand, try a chewable for gummy.

    I would just wait for lunch. I have to do that, I can't taken them in the morning, no matter how much I eat.

    i agree with previous post switch vitamins and try a chewable.. helped me a lot since I get sick with vitamins too..or you can take them with dinner or a late snack before bed if that helps sometimes oyu wont feel as sick at night time.

    Ok i think I will try the chewable and switch the time I take it just to be carefull. Thanks so much for the advice.
