30 day shred or Ripped in 30 ? !

I just ordered both of Jillian Michaels DVDs, 30 day shred and Ripped in 30... What one do you think would give me better results, I've had to take 3 sick days of from working out and going to Florida in 40 says, my goal is to look slim and toned. I'm 5'4 currently weigh 123, but usually I am around 121 I think I just weigh a bit more cause I haven't be exercising or really watching what I'm eating. Help please! What one should I do?
