I am in a office all day and glad its to hard to get out and eat bad but I'm getting burnt out on whole wheat/turkey sandwiches and greek food. I am on limited time so it needs to be easy ... after working all day and gym at night and working chores in there I just don't have enough hours in a day like I sure many of you are going through.
Any ideas would be much appreciated

I sometimes just back a bunch of random healthy foods. I don't "cook" anything for lunch. I'm actually on my lunch break right now and I'm eating carrots, strawberries, and roasted peanuts. Sometimes I'll bring hummus and special k crackers. I usually prefer to save the bulk of my calories for dinner/evening snacks since I'm really too busy to enjoy the food at work anyway, but always feel like snacking when I'm home at night.

how about you fill your lunch with freash fruits & veges. Left over meat can be added to store bought salads and skip the heavy dressing. Make your own healthy dressing on weekend & use it in the week. You can also make healthy wraps with left over meat or cold cuts + salad +red/green peppers and that will be filling & healthy.

I will typically make a large batch of something or other on Sundays, divide it into single servings, and eat it for lunch at work throughout the week.

This week it was shredded pork w/ mushrooms over udon noodles. Last week was chicken & lentil soup.

I like to make a big enough batch to last the week, plus one or two servings for the freezer.

Leftovers from dinner also make great lunches!
