help!

Im a little confused on BMR calories vs Goal calories vs Net calories......My BMR calories per day are 1470. This means I need this many calories to actually function to live....but my goal calorie to lose 2 lbs a week it says i should only consume 1200 calories. If i exercise i have a net different from the food intake! ....SO WHAT AMOUNT SHOULD I BE EATING haha ...help!
