Suggestions please

I need suggestions as to some exercise i can do. Up until November last year (and about 18months prio) i was swimming 3-5times a week. Gradually this has decreased as i have a bad back so getting into the cold water puts my back in spasm and i know realistically isnt good for me.
Did bike ride occasionally as well, but again this isnt great for my back.
I cant use gym equipement as i had open heart surgery so my chest is weakend so cant pick weights etc.
Please give me some suggestions as to what i can do as i really want to keep motivated

i suggest you take a walk to a physical therapist and ask him/her. For your level on injury and prior medical issues i wouldn't trust anyone's exercise advice here.0
