Help me figure out what else to eat today

I already put my planned dinner in and this is what I have left. I am always over on sugar but aside from some sugar in sour cream, salad dressing and pure maple syrup, it all came from natural sources. I am not sure how to get that much carbs without more sugar and stay within the calorie limits. Suggestions please?
