Portion Control Lasagna

I found this and thought it was a great way to control portions. Even better - Foil wrap each one and put it in the freezer for lunches all week. This recipe isn't considering calories or fat. Figured just replace the noodles with whole grain noodles, low fat cheeses, and ground turkey and then you have something healthier. I like to mixed some Diet Lean Ground Beef w/ the ground turkey to give it that indulgent taste. I am just sometimes just sick of turkey. Turkey Burgers, Turkey Brats, Ground Turkey, etc.
