Polar FT7 help please!

I've had this thing for an hour and I lalready made a mistake. I accidentally set it to Spanish and I can't find a way to change it back. I've been through Poiar's website and manual and everything and I'm ready to tear out my hair. Someone please help me change it to English!

There is a reset option where you can wipe the entire thing and start completely over entering your information. I believe it is holding all 4 buttons down at once?
