Lost all Motivation.

So, I don't have a scale at home, they are too expensive where I live. (like 50 dollars for one that looks like it'll break if I step on it) So I just weigh myself at doctor's appointments. I thought this was fine, except for I worked my butt off, eating right and tracking everything, only to find that I GAINED a pound in 3 weeks. Needless to say, I feel like it was all for nothing.
Has this happened to anyone?

Yes, but you can't really depend on the scale. For me, I've been working my butt off for the past year and stepped it up around December 1st. I actually didn't lose any weight according to the scale, but I lost inches and my shape is changing. Don't always rely on the scale. If anything, take those 3lbs and consider it motivation you put on. Looks good on ya. ;-)0
